Izetta Eleanor, born Sept. 5, 1868 [sic]. Reginald Perrin, born July 14th, 1875 [sic]."
[Note: Each date of birth is erroneously stated to be one year after each actually occurred, as is shown by the baptismal records. A private MS. in the possession of Izetta's granddaughter, Mrs. Hosp, states the three children's dates of birth and corroborates the calendar days stated in this source.]
