Mrs. Leaf bequeathed to her sister, Elizabeth Dorothy Sayers, £1000; to her brother, Edward Chesshyre Huntington, £500; in trust for her niece, Eleanor Lambert Sayers, £1000; in trust for her sisters, Eleanor Clare Huntington and Arabella Jane Huntington, £300 each; to her grandson, Frederick Arthur Leaf, £100; to her cousins, Lucy Lambert and Mary Frances Lambert, £50 each; to her servant Ann Elliott, a life annuity of £26; to her niece, Gertrude Mary Sayers, a legacy of £25; and to each indoor and outdoor servant of ten years' service £20, and of five years' service £5, excepting her gardener, Edward Heywood, and her maid, to each of whom she bequeathed £50. The testatrix left the residue of her estate in equal shares for all of her children." [5]
