  He was made a ward of the Duke of Buckingham, 9 July 1510. [2] He was among those appointed to be present at the Field of Cloth of Gold, June, and at the meeting with the Emperor at Gravelines, July, 1520, and to meet the Emperor between Canterbury and Dover, May 1522.
